Another couple of days...

Many thanks to everyone who has kindly sent Cookie get well wishes! I am glad to tell you that he's doing much better now. Although his walking is still a bit wobbly, which might have now become a permanent condition, he looks much more lively. Being bored staying in his crate most of the day, he has been saying 'Grrrr' and scratching the net screen from time to time.



He has even found a way to open a zipper of his crate to get out!!



Cookie, stay there for another couple of days, and you can begin to have short walks again!!

    I can't wait to see you out of your crate and having adventures again.

    Yes, I agree! It's a great sign that Cookie is trying to escape - poor boy! Hope his walking does return to normal eventually.

    Thanks for the nice thoughts you left on our blog today. Our DWB friends have been the biggest source of understanding & support in this difficult time!
    Sorry to hear that Cookie is still not recovered, but glad that surgery doesn't seem to be in her future!
    I'm glad Brutus isn't a fast agility dog - makes handling a lot less tricky! Don't think I could ever get out of my own way with a fast dog!!

    thanks for the comfort! the cookie 'paper' is foil-like-plastic. bit worried. but since yours has eaten REAL foil!

    wow.

    am waiting for 'it' to happen. oh yeah, she savaged a grape (seedless, phew)too earlier. my mistake for not putting the bunch in a bowl.

    Hello guys,.. first of all, our paws are crossed for you, Cookie. We really hope for your speedy recovery.

    Gee...it must have been so hard to be a 'heian' court lady back then. How did she kill her time when there was no internet? :D We konw our mom got a good mark on World History and Japanese History at school but she forgot all these stuff.

    Cinammon, you did so well on dancing. We're so proud of you.

    It has been awhile since we read your blog...you guys have been busy! Sorry to hear that Cookie isn't well. I loved the birthday party pictures and the dancing, so fun!

    Buffy has nearly fully recovered from her eye surgery which is great, she was so unhappy. She is asleep on my knee as I type this. I can't make the next 3 agility classes which is a shame but hope to see you guys again soon,

    I love that shot of Cookie with his nose out of the crate. Too cute. I'm glad he's getting better. Hopefully the wobble will go away as he builds his strength up.
